Our Payment Commitment

Paid on or before the 25th.

Traditional rental agency models rely on collecting rent from occupants before paying the property owner — creating uncertainty. Because We Rent Homes is your contractual tenant, we aim to process rental payments on or before the 25th of each month, independent of occupant collection. Where the 25th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will ordinarily be processed on the last business day preceding the 25th.
